For this service we essentially organise everything for you, from sourcing, selecting and discussing potentially suitable property, arranging and organising viewings at your convenience, openly discussing any negative points on any of the property that you want to give further consideration to, negotiate on your behalf, aggressively but professionally to secure the best possible price for you, and even organise solicitors if you would like, that have local property conveyancing experience.
